These terms of use (hereinafter, the “Terms of Use”) regulate the services of the Internet portal www.licormart.net (hereinafter, the “Portal”) of LICORMART DRINK SMART and ALMACENES GALERÍAS DEL SUR , SRL (hereinafter, “Licormart”).

Using the Portal confers upon you the status of a Portal user (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and signifies your complete and unconditional acceptance of all the provisions outlined in the Terms of Use and the Policies published by Licormart at the time of your Portal access. Consequently, it is imperative for the User to carefully review these terms each time they access the Portal, as they may be subject to modification without prior notice.

Purpose.- Through the Portal, Licormart provides Users with access and use of the services, information, and content (hereinafter, the “Services”) made available by Licormart or by third parties.

Conditions of Accessibility and Use of the Portal.

Free access and use of the Portal.- The provision of services by Licormart is free of charge for the User. Notwithstanding the foregoing, some of the services provided by Licormart through the Portal may be subject to payment of a fee, which would be established therein.

User Registration.- In general, the provision of the Services does not require prior subscription or registration by the User.

Accuracy of Information.- All information conveyed to the User via the Services must be accurate. Therefore, the User agrees to ensure the authenticity of the data provided in response to the forms required for subscribing to the Services. Additionally, it is the User's responsibility to maintain all information provided to Licormart duly updated to accurately reflect the User's current circumstances. The User shall be solely liable for any false or inaccurate information provided and for any harm caused to Licormart or third parties as a result of such information.

Intellectual Property.- All content within this Portal, including but not limited to texts, images, compilations, trademarks, logos, color schemes, and any other elements, as well as its structure, design, selection, and presentation of materials, are protected by intellectual property rights. Licormart or third-party licensors own these rights, and users of this Portal are required to respect them.

Users of the Portal are prohibited from removing, altering, bypassing, or manipulating any protection or security systems that may be installed therein.
